At Runda Toy Factory, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our toys—from design to quality. This Returns Policy outlines the terms, eligibility, and step-by-step process for returning items purchased from us, so you can shop with confidence.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To request a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the delivery date (confirmed via tracking information).
  • Item Condition: Products must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging—with all tags, labels, instruction manuals, and accessories (e.g., toy parts, batteries, gift boxes) intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number, receipt, or delivery confirmation email is required to process your request.
  • Exception for Defects: If you receive a toy with manufacturing defects (e.g., broken parts, faulty mechanisms) or an incorrect item (not what you ordered), we extend eligibility to 45 days from delivery, and will cover additional costs (see Section 3).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded, unless they are defective or incorrectly shipped:
  • Toys that have been used, assembled, or modified (e.g., painted, glued, or missing parts).
  • Products without original packaging or damaged due to improper use, accidents, or neglect.
  • Custom-made or personalized toys (e.g., toys with engraved names, custom color schemes) — unless the customization is incorrect or the item is defective.
  • Promotional, clearance, or “Final Sale” items (clearly marked on product pages or receipts).

3. Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1: Request a Return Authorization (RA)

Before shipping your item back, you must first get a Return Authorization (RA) number:
