What materials do you use to make your toys?

All our toys are made from child-safe, non-toxic materials that meet international safety standards (e.g., ASTM F963, EN 71). Common materials include BPA-free plastic, food-grade silicone, natural wood (treated with non-toxic finishes), and washable fabrics. Specific material details are listed on each product’s page.

After your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can also check your order status by visiting our “Track Order” page (insert URL) and entering your order number and registered email address.

Delivery times depend on your location and shipping method:
  • Domestic orders (e.g., within China): 3–7 business days for standard shipping, 1–3 business days for express shipping.
  • International orders: 10–21 business days for standard shipping, 3–7 business days for express shipping (excludes customs clearance time, which may add 3–10 days).
